The French phrase "Au clair de la lune," meaning "In the light of the moon," has always stirred within me a sense of beauty, radiance, and enchanting mystery—feelings that mirror the connection I perceive between the ocean and the land. This design is inspired by the gentle interplay of these two elements, beautifully represented in the bikini bottom shaped like a shell and the flowing skirt made from fishing net. The oversized monstera leaf gracefully draped across the chest embodies my deep ties to both worlds. Growing up as an islander, my life has been a dance between earth and sea, and with this piece, I strive to capture that harmonious relationship.
